Delivery and Returns

Shipping

Our products are shipped within:

1-2 days for orders to Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria.

2-3 days for orders to Delta and Suez.

3-4 days for orders to the Red Sea and Al Saeed.

Our Shipping rate is a standard 59 EGP for all products and is free for all orders above 1500 EGP.

Returns

Any returns are allowed within 14 days of purchasing an order. Products must be returned in their original condition.
